AMINA Residency is the first property under the brand name AMINA. AMINA is the hospitality and real estate brand developed by FALIM Group Private Limited. At present there are eight properties that are available under the brand; one guest house, 3 office spaces and 38 apartments.

Amina is a single mother who raised three daughters and two sons by taking various jobs from wealthy households. She worked tirelessly during the day cleaning floors, preparing meals and washing clothes, and stayed awake at night to take care of the elderly. She had the larger part of her life filled with challenges and hardships, yet remained cheerfully content. She is hospitable, simple and clean: and so is the AMINA brand, where all the services are inspired by her life and her aspirations to make life better for everyone around her.

Aminath Aboobakur (Amina) is the mother of Ahmed Ali and Mohamed Ali, who are the owners of FALIM Group Private Limited. As per the FALIM brothers they are dedicated in making AMINA an internationally renowned brand originating from the Maldives, a small nation in the Indian Ocean.
